We guide you through asana practice sessions to suit your own unique physiology and we ensure that the practice is a safe and effective one for you. We encourage a friendly and warm environment where you will feel looked after and guided from a place of experience and anatomical knowledge.

  • When practicing Yoga, let go of the competitive mind set. Real Yoga is not just a work-out, it is not just techniques for relaxation, and it is not cross-training. Yin yoga is the relaxed practice of floor postures for three to five minutes at a time, it emphasises the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine.
